I’m a marketing leader with a hands-on background in building operations, positioning brands, and connecting strategy to real business outcomes. I work at the intersection of brand, growth, and execution — where marketing stops being noise and starts becoming a system.

MY STORY
A JOURNEY FROM DOING MARKETING
TO BUILDING HOW MARKETING WORKS
I started my career on the creative side of marketing, working as a graphic designer and leading teams early through Brazil’s Junior Enterprise ecosystem. That foundation taught me how to think about marketing as execution, process, and responsibility — not just ideas.
After leading marketing for a national events company, I founded Tropicaiana, my own digital marketing agency. For nearly six years, I built and ran the operation end-to-end: team structure, delivery workflows, performance, content, and client management across multiple industries.
In 2021, I moved into B2B and technology-driven environments to focus on demand generation and go-to-market. I led marketing at Qriar (cybersecurity), Speedy.io (payments technology), and RedCloud (retail commerce technology), building funnels, automation, positioning, and close alignment with sales.
Most recently, I led corporate marketing at RPE, a financial services ecosystem for retail, where I structured a full B2B marketing operation, led a multidisciplinary team, and drove positioning, demand, content, PR, and flagship initiatives.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — turning marketing into a structured, scalable engine for growth.
